Joseba Tapia

Master of the diatonic accordion and highly innovative traditional Basque trikitrixa musician, Joseba Tapia has experimented in a wide range of different fields, from his early days with Leturia, with whom he formed a classic Basque accordion and tambourine duo, to his involvement with rock bands, folk trios and blues projects. After joining forces with the writer Koldo Izagirre, he embarked on a solo career as a singer-songwriter and has released three albums to date, each one very different from the others.
