BILL LYERLY BAND + TRAVELLIN´BROTHERS
The veteran American musician with his band of local musicians on one side and the Basque band of black music on the other, will jointly offer three concerts in January. Opportunity to hear blues, country, swing and quality rockanroll Leioa-Bizkaia (Thursday 14), Elgeta-Gipuzkoa (Friday 15th) and Bilbao (Friday 29)
The American Bill Lyerly has spent three decades working long the Country, Rock and various branches of the Blues, having shared the stage with the likes of John Lee Hooker, Allman Brothers, Bo Diddley and Steve Earle. Last year he came with his last album Too Hurt To Cry under his arm and has already formed band with local musicians
The Biscayans Travellin'Brothers five years ago they decided to join the world of blues in a serious and well they demonstrate in their live sets and recordings. In his third album, Red, Hot & Blue offer a personal interpretation of different genres of blues, seasoned with spices swing, funk and soul, besides Texas shuffle.
