HAIN ZUZEN breaks new territory for Tapia and Leturia. Recently joined by Arkaitz Miner and Txus Aranburu, the pair has become a quartet. The harmonic richness provided by the violin and piano has to be admired and it does not interfere with the fun or the rhythm. This is just what Tapia and Leturia wanted to demonstrate with this album; the overall dance quality is not taken away from by the composition and performance of lovely songs. They have live-recorded tracks old and new in the Navarre village on this latest CD, with Ruper Ordorika in charge of production.
