**“Dreams took me far away from here…” **
The book entitled karibetik Kantaurira represents the first book-reference of the PAPER HOTSAK publishing company. It’s about Joakin Arregi, “Txe”, the bertsolari from Guipuzcoa who lives in Venezuela since two decades ago.. The book is a selection of his texts which covers almost three decades. They talk about politics, they remind the native land,.. existentialism or eroticism, without leaving aside more common and daily themes. From the point of view of Amets Arzallus, we are talking about a man who “knowing the tradition, he monitors the most up-to-date tendencys closely” A verse compilation in which apart from reminding Xalbador and Otaño, we could also find the echo of Txirrita, Xenpelar or Lasarte.
The book is completed with an introduction of the writer koldo Izagirre.
